Currently, we are in the midst of our largest company outreach to date. By August of 2017, we will send letters to approximately 2,400 Ohio based companies to inquire about the possibility of their sale.
How we source companies.
Acquisition Activity
Our mission is to acquire companies that are enduringly profitable. We seek companies that earn between $1m - $3m annually.
While we have internal financing, we seek external investors as well and aim to provide our investors with returns of between 20% - 25%.
